Website Product Restriction

Restrict product and category visibility for guest visitors and selected customers.

Overview

This module helps you control which products and public categories are visible on the website shop. It supports website-level restriction for non-signed-in visitors and customer-specific restriction rules for logged-in customers.

Configuration

Go to Website > Configuration > Settings and enable Product Restriction. Choose the restriction mode for non-signed-in visitors, then optionally open customer records and define customer-level restriction rules with selected products and categories.

Features

  • Adds website-level restriction modes for guests: Restrict by None, Restrict by Catalog, and Restrict by All.
  • Catalog mode lets you hide selected products and public categories directly from the shop page.
  • Customer form includes restriction options so selected customers can have different catalog access.
  • Restricted category trees are hidden from storefront navigation and blocked on direct access.
